In this site you may find different information concerning the activities of the interest group on Modelling Dynamic Systems (MODYS) of LIAAD. This group is formed mainly by researchers from LIAAD that are particularly involved in activities related to addressing the problem of modeling complex dynamic systems with the goal of obtaining a better understanding of their functioning as well as forecasting their future states.

The group activities include currently applications in the areas of fraud detection and modeling ecological and financial systems.

The group carries out basic and applied research as well as consulting activities in areas related to modeling dynamic systems.
