The main goal of this project was to carry out a standard exploratory analysis of the data concerning the SONAE Distribuição employee internal survey carried out in 2005 and 2008. This project was contracted by MBA Consultores that was coordinating  the survey.

The project included the following main tasks:

• Exploratory analysis of the survey data and production on descriptive tables and graphics supporting the main conclusions of this analysis.
• Basic descriptive statistics of all variables.
• Conditional statistical analysis (e.g. analysis per position, or structure, etc.)
• Production of a report of the analysis that was carried out.
• Delivery of a set of data description tables in a format required by MBA Consultores.
